The Green Party has reported a free magazine to the Censor's Office, after it displayed photos of young topless women in bondage.
Vice is an international lifestyle magazine which is distributed freely in clothes shops, music stores and cafes.
The Green Party says the photos are very disturbing and have violent and sinister undertones.
Its Women's Affairs spokesperson, Catherine Delahunty, says the magazine could have easily been picked up by underage individuals.
She says the photos send a negative message to young people.
