The 12 o'clock boys is the name given to a notorious group of youths who ride dirt bikes around the streets of the City of Baltimore, in the US.
They can be found driving down city streets at excessive speeds, doing wheelies, weaving through traffic and heckling and evading the city's police.
Lotfy Nathan spent time with the group making his documentary, capturing the 12 o'clock boys' antics through the eyes of an adolescent called Pug.
Pug is a kid from the Westside obsessed with the riders and willing to do anything to join their ranks.
