Maori environmental researcher Liliana Clarke's daily life is guided by Maramataka - the lunisolar calendar of te Moana-nui-a-Kiwa. For 20 years she has been teaching and presenting Maramataka throughout Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally including the Pacific region and Japan.
All this week Liliana has been participating in hautapu ceremony for Matariki throughout Mataatua and Waikato.
