Ten years on, Tonga RSE work still has room to grow

As the tenth anniversary of Tonga's participation in New Zealand's Recognised Seasonal Employment scheme approaches its proponents say overall it has been mutually beneficial but there is still room for improvement.

This is despite a recent increase in misbehaviour among young Tongan RSE workers in New Zealand.
