A body has been found on rail tracks in South Auckland, police say.

Southern line train services have been suspended between Papakura and Papatoetoe after the discovery shortly before 6am.
Police said they were still on the scene at Wiri.
Auckland Transport said customers could catch bus route 33 or 365 between Papakura and Manukau.
Rail services were operating between Manukau and Britomart.
