Moa uses adverts in investment prospectus

Moa Group says its use of paid advertisements in its investment prospectus makes it a more attractive offer and displays the brewer's marketing skills.

The company is set to list next month and opens up its initial public offer for shares at $1.25 each on Friday.

Last week the company registered its prospectus and investment statement which included advertisements by Aston Martin and Working Style.

Chief executive Geoff Ross said he believes it is the first investment statement to contain paid third party advertisements.

He said people will judge Moa on its investment statement so it needs to be well put together and designed, to look good and to reflect the brand accurately.
