Three New Zealand tetraplegics have biked their way to Everest Base Camp in the Himalayas, with the help of a dressing gown cord.
Catriona Williams, Neil Cudby and Rob Creagh become the first people with spinal cord injuries to reach the camp.

Travelling in hand-cranked three-wheel bicycles they made the journey as part of the 1000-kilometre trek from Lhasa, Tibet, to the Nepalese capital of Kathmandu.
They and their 12 able-bodied team members reached the camp on Saturday.
Ms Williams told Morning Report the final leg to the camp - EBC for short - was full of potholes, which jarred their shoulders and bikes, but teamwork kept them going.
