A dead woman has been found behind the steering wheel of a parked car in South Auckland.
Police say a member of the public spotted the vehicle in Browns Lane in the suburb of Flat Bush at about 10.30am on Friday.
They are treating the death as suspicious but are not giving any further details.
Browns Lane has been cordoned off while the police investigate the incident.
