The swimming superstar Michael Phelps has returned to training, five months after his record-setting achievement at the Beijing Olympics.
The American won eight gold, which broke Mark Spitz's records of seven set at Munich in 1972.
Phelps put on seven kilogrammes during the break, which is the longest of his career.
He says he's in a world of pain right now and literally every part of his body is hurting.
