Two men, aged 29 and 38, and a 31-year-old woman, were found at the property and arrested.

The trio will appear at Manukau District Court on Monday.

Police said they were not ruling out the possibility of more people being involved.

Other items had been found at the address and inquiries into them was ongoing and meant further charges being laid could not be ruled out.

Police did not elaborate on what these items were.
