Six senior managers at Learning Media earned between $160,000 - $270,000. Bonuses were paid to seven people last year, the highest being $14,000 to the chief executive.
The State-owned company is closing and more than 100 jobs could go.
Since 2010, overseas travel and accommodation costs totalled more than $100,000 each year.
