Tonga is facing a prison crisis.
It lacks space and it's most pressingly felt among those prisoners needing psychiatric help.
While a psyche wing was opened at Hu'atolitoli Prison two years ago it is no where near big enough.
It can cater for eight but has 14 inmates while the Commissioner of Prisons, Semisi Tapueluelu, says there are many more needing the services provided there.
Our correspondent in Tonga, Kalafi Moala, has been following the story, which has had everyone talking in recent days.
He told Don Wiseman that a surge in drug use, and resulting convictions, is a key factor.
