One person has died after a motorbike and car crash on State Highway One, south of Blenheim.
The crash, near Ward, happened around 6pm on Friday.
Another five people were injured in the crash between Wests and Ure roads.
They received either minor or moderate injuries.
The crash closed the road for some time and remain closed while the Serious Crash Unit investigated the crash.
