A fire investigator is at the scene of an unexplained house fire in the Dunedin suburb of Brockville.
Fire and Emergency was called to a single-storey property on Travis Street just after 6.30pm on Sunday.
The building was well alight when fire fighters arrived, and crews from Roslyn, Dunedin, Lookout Point and Saint Kilda attended to put the blaze out.
No one was in the house at the time and police said a scene guard remained in place.
