It's a solid serve of criticism from some diners at Victoria University's catered halls of residence.
The Uni says its only had a handful of complaints despite serving meals to about 2,000 students.
And only just this week NZ food safety inspectors have given its caterers the thumbs up.
But some student residents spoken to by RNZ's Ashleigh McCaull don't like what's being served.
