Euthanasia advocate still motivated despite charges

A euthanasia advocate found guilty of importing a deadly drug says she's even more motivated to promote the cause. Susie Austen was denied a discharge without conviction last week after she had earlier been found guilty of importing pentobarbitone. Her friend Annemarie Treadwell used the drug to kill herself. Susie Austen was fined $7500 and a conviction was entered.
