All Blacks beat Wallabies in Tokyo

The All Blacks beat the Wallabies 32-19 in the Bledisloe Cup match in Tokyo on Saturday night.

The one-off match was Australia's seventh straight Bledisloe Cup defeat to New Zealand.

As has been the case between the sides in recent times, the Wallabies led 16-13 at the break before being overwhelmed by the All Blacks in the second half, the ABC reports.

The result made it four wins out of four for the All Blacks in matches between the two sides this season.

All Blacks first five-eighth Dan Carter kicked six penalties and converted two tries.

The game was the first in the team's end-of-year tour.

The win is the one bright spot in an otherwise hit-and-miss year for the All Blacks, who did not win any of their Tri Nations Tests against eventual champions South Africa.

Sivivatu, Woodcock suspended

All Blacks Sitiveni Sivivatu and Tony Woodcock have each been suspended for one week after being cited for separate offences in the Bledisloe Cup win.

Sivivatu was cited for a dangerous tackle on Wallabies second five-eighth Adam Ashley-Cooper in the 34th minute, for which he received a yellow card.

Woodcock was cited for striking Wallabies player George Smith with his elbow in the final minute of the match.

Both players will be unavailable for the All Blacks Test match against Wales in Cardiff next weekend.
