The former Japan football international Naoki Matsuda is in a critical condition after collapsing during a practice with his club team.
Doctors say 34-year-old Matsuda, who played for Japan at the 2002 World Cup, may have suffered a heart attack after he arrived at hospital unconscious, and he wasn't responding to heart massage.
