The Australian golfer David Bransdon has retained his lead at the New Zealand Open near Queenstown, shooting a second round two under par 69 at the Millbrook course to be 11 under par for the tournament.
Bransdon started the day at nine under par holding the joint lead with countryman Won Joon Lee.
Won Joon Lee shot a even par 71 to slip down the leaderboard to be tied for fourth at four under par.
Two other Australians Matt Jager and Aaron Pike have moved into joint second spot with Jager having shot a second round of nine under 63 and Pike a four under 67 to move to ten under for the tournament.
The best placed of the New Zealanders is Josh Geary, who's at five under for the tournament, six shots behind Bransdon and tied for 22nd.
