The pause on quarantine-free travel with Victoria will continue for a further seven days.
The suspension was due to end at 8pm today, but a limited number of commercial "green" flights were also offered, subject to conditions.
The first flight arrived last night.
Meanwhile, the Australian state has recorded four new community cases in the 24 hours to midnight yesterday.
The new cases have been reported as Melbourne enters the final day of its fortnight-long lockdown, which is due to lift at 11.59pm (local time).
Two people who travelled from Victoria to Queensland via New South Wales have also tested positive for Covid-19.
The couple travelled through the New South Wales towns of Dubbo, Forbes, Gillenbah and Moree between 1-4 June, and in Queensland through Toowoomba, Caloundra, Buddina and Baringa between 5-8 June.
New Zealand's Ministry of Health is urging anyone who was in these areas on those days to check if they were at a location of interest in New South Wales or Queensland.
Anyone who was at a location of interest should call Healthline on 0800 358 5453, get tested and self-isolate until they return a negative result.
Anyone wanting to travel to New Zealand but was at a location of interest cannot travel here within 14 days of the exposure event.
