New Caledonia nickel plant transfers to local ownership

After a protracted sale process, New Caledonia's huge nickel plant at Goro has gone into majority local ownership.

A binding agreement has been finalised, concluding the Brazilian owner Vale's efforts to divest itself from the plant.

My colleague Walter Zweifel, who has been following developments, joins me now.
