Police in Tonga have arrested a school teacher at 'Eua High School after marijuana plants were found growing within school grounds.
Deputy commissioner Pelenatita Vaisuai said the 42-year-old suspect was arrested this morning after 51 marijuana plants were found as part of an ongoing drugs operation.
It was a significant result for police striving to help the community feel safe, and would have a positive effect in reducing drug related harm in the community, she said.
