A New Zealander stranded in Peru is desperate to get home but faces uncertainty over when she can leave.
London-based Jo Tovee was five days into a five-week holiday when the Peruvian government declared a state of emergency and closed its borders.

There are no international flights in and out of the country and its land borders have also closed.

Tovee, who is staying in a hostel in Lima, said she wanted to get out.
"There's armed police everywhere. It's very quiet. We're not allowed out between 8am and 5pm, we will be arrested if that's the case.
"We're kind of seen to be unwelcome and people cross the street if they see us. They don't want us here, we want to be home. It's not a good situation to be in."
Tovee hopes to board a flight in early April.
Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Trade said 81 New Zealanders were in Peru.
