The Education Review Office says a lack of Pacific language resources is putting Pasifika preschools at risk of being unable to deliver the national early childhood curriculum.
It recommends the Ministry of Education look at producing official language resources because those made by parents and teachers may be of insufficient quality.
The ministry says it is considering the report.
