Another member of the Graon mo Jastis party in Vanuatu has successfully fought off an election petition resulting from the poll in January.
This week the court dismissed the claim brought against the Paama MP, William Tasso brought by Job Andy.
It is the fifth occasion that an MP from GJP has withstood a petition - three of those had been brought against the Tanna MP, Andrew Napuat, but he successfully saw them off.
