A nurse has been found guilty of professional misconduct after having a relationship with a former prisoner who had been in her care.
The relationship ran between December 2017 and September 2018.
The nurse was employed at the prison.
Her name, the name of the prisoner and the prison, are suppressed.
The Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal said that the relationship was likely to have been of an intimate nature and was inappropriate and breached professional standards.
She has been censured, suspended for nine months and ordered to pay $12,000 in costs.
