The cost of dumping rubbish could be increasing across New Zealand as council's call for the government to increase the levy. It's estimated that the cost of dumping a carload of rubbish in some places could increase from $10 to $40. Chief executive of WasteMINZ, Paul Evans, says it wouldn't be that much.
