New research indicates that EV registrations could overtake petrol cars in less than a year.
According to figures from data science company, Dot Loves Data, in 2014 there were fewer than 100 EVs registered in this country. However, in the first nine months of 2022 that number shot up to more than 13-thousand.
Five thousand new hybrid vehicles were registered this September alone.
