A man has died after he was struck by a car in Massey, West Auckland on Tuesday evening.
Emergency services were called to the incident on Lanham Lane just before 7pm.
A police spokesperson confirmed a man has died at the scene.
People are being asked to avoid the area as police make enquiries.
