Human error at fault for Samoa's MMR deaths

Samoa's Ministry of Health has confirmed that the deaths of two babies last year were caused by nurses mixing the wrong liquid with their MMR vaccines.

The two nurses will be sentenced this month after changing their plea to guilty this week.

International health experts have visited Samoa in a bid to help improve vaccination systems, but as Alex Perrottet reports, it's a tough ask to get parents to trust the system again.
