People are being warned to expect delays on the Southern Motorway in Papakura after a multi-vehicle crash involving at least four vehicles.
Police said the crash was reported at 12.08pm.
"At this stage there are no reports of injury."
But traffic heading south was down to two lanes.
"Motorists are being asked to avoid the area or expect delays."
