Police in Auckland have arrested two people for outstanding warrants and issued 45 infringements after a Head Hunters gathering at the weekend.
The gang met to mark the opening of a new chapter on the North Shore, in Wairau.
Waitematā East Area Commander inspector Stefan Sagar said police brought in extra officers from Auckland City to target and disrupt any unlawful gang-related activity.
"Police also pink-stickered one vehicle [meaning it wasn't road worthy], suspended drivers' licences, and spoke with numerous gang members.
""We want to reiterate that police are keeping a close watch on gang activity and any illegal behaviour will not be tolerated."
Police want to hear about any suspicious or illegal activity in the Wairau community, he said.
