Five people are injured, including one who is in a critical condition, after a crash in Manawatū.

Emergency services were called to the single-vehicle crash about 4:15am on Sunday, just off State Highway 1, near Marton.
Police said one person was critically injured, and the other four involved were moderately injured in the collision.
