The body of an elderly man, missing on the Kapiti coast, was found on Sunday night.
The man, 81, was last seen at the carpark at the end of Whareroa road near the beach.
He had failed to return from a walk and was found at about 9pm.
There are no suspicious circumstances and the matter has been turned over to the Coroner.
