A boy found wandering along a road on the North Shore in Auckland is reunited with his family.
The boy, who is about three or four, was found by a member of the public on Lake Road in Takapuna at about 4am on Wednesday.
Sergeant Tony Bruce said his parents have showed up at Child, Youth and Family's Takapuna office, where staff were looking after him.
The boy, who speaks no English, appears to have simply wandered away from his house and is unhurt.
