The All Blacks coach Steve Hansen has announced he will stand down after next year's World Cup in Japan.
Hansen became All Blacks assistant coach in 2004 and took over as head coach in 2012.
It is likely a replacement won't be named until next year.
Hansen says he decided to make the announcement now so that New Zealand Rugby has plenty of time to find a replacement.
He says he's doesn't know what he'll do in the future, but he wants to spend more time with his family.
