Investigators are looking into the cause of a house fire in Christchurch overnight.
Emergency services were called to the Edgeware property at 4.15am on Friday.
Three fire crews arrived to find the house well ablaze.
Firefighters initially feared someone was stuck inside, but all occupants have now been accounted for.
