A businessman in Fiji is taking legal action to force the police to prosecute those responsible for his assault.
Three and a half years ago Rajneel Singh blew the whistle on a purported plot to destabilise the government and he says the brutality and harrassment he's suffered since, including by police, is now being swept under the carpet.
