06:51 am on 17 April 2010

Police in Counties Manukau say they have broken a methamphetamine syndicate that's thought to have been operating for several months.

Searches of addresses in Papakura, Pukekohe and Hunua found white powder, other chemicals, equipment, cash and guns.

Four men, aged between 43 and 52, are to appear in the Papakura District Court charged with manufacturing and supplying methamphetamine.
