A third worker at the Grand Millennium managed isolation facility in Auckland has tested positive for Covid-19. They are a close contact of the case who was reported with the virus last week - both are genomically linked to Case A - a cleaner from the facility.

The new case has been self-isolating at home since being identified as a close contact late last week. Hence, there is considered to be very little additional risk to the community.
They returned a negative test before returning a positive test today.
The worker and their partner have moved to the Auckland quarantine facility this afternoon. Further locations of interest are being confirmed.
Genome sequencing results show a link between today's case and a cleaner at the Grand Millennium who tested positive for Covid-19 on 21 March.
The cleaner (Case A) and the worker (Case B) who tested positive last week are genomically linked to a returnee who arrived in New Zealand on 13 March.
Today's new case will be referred to as Case C.
Investigations are already underway to determine how Case B was infected.
There are four locations of interest related to the latest two cases. They are Bikanervala Bakery, Terminus Dairy, White Swan Mobile and Bake and Beans - all in Mount Roskill - and were visited between 31 March and 7 April.
Ministry of Health said early indications were that the majority of contacts at these locations would be casual only.
