Green Party leader Chlöe Swarbrick is speaking to media after ex-MP Darleen Tana failed in a court challenge to the party's investigation.
Tana was suspended from the Green Party in March after an inquiry into migrant exploitation, and resigned from the party in July, but wants to remain in Parliament as an independent MP.
On Friday, her High Court bid challenging the party's investigation into her actions was turned down.
The Party said it would be outlining its next steps following the ruling.
