Bates in the runs again

White Ferns captain Suzie Bates scored an unbeaten century to help her English County side Hampshire to a seven wicket win over Lancashire in their one-day championship match.

Bates took two wickets as Lancashire were bowled out for 199 in the 49th over.

She then scored 103 off 126 balls as Hampshire chased down their target in the 46th over.

Bates is the leading run scorer in the competition with 339 runs with a high score of 148.

She has scored two centuries andd a fifty and has an average of 113.

Hampshire are top of the table.
