A South African national has pleaded guilty to six charges brought by the Serious Fraud Office.
John William Jackson, 61, a director of air conditioning company Aire Res-Comm Limited, used the company's computer system to divert company money for his own benefit.
He took almost $605,000 over a three-year period.
Jackson pleaded guilty to six charges of accessing a computer for dishonest purpose when he appeared in the Gore District Court on Wednesday.
He was remanded on bail until sentencing on 31 March.
