A man found with critical injuries near Queens Gardens in Nelson last week has died.
Police appealed for information after the man was found, saying it was not clear how he had been injured.
He was found near the Maitai Pathway opposite Queens Gardens in central Nelson.
Police said the man's death was not being treated as suspicious and has been referred to the coroner.
