Aged care company Radius Residential Care is expanding again with the purchase of Matamata Country Lodge, along with three neighbouring properties.

The company said it would fund the $17.1 million purchase through a mix of $12.1m of debt and a $5m issue of shares at market price.
The facility currently has 40 units and 85 beds, with plans to develop additional units.
The deal is conditional on financing and regulatory approvals, with settlement expected this month.
