Samoa's Ministry of Justice and Courts administration chief executive officer Papalii John Taimalelagi Afele says he is in the dark over a report that he has been suspended.
Papalii says he has not been informed of a cabinet decision paper or served with a warrant of a suspension.
The Sunday Samoan newspaper reported the suspension decision by the cabinet was made last Wednesday and endorsed in a warrant signed by the head of state.
The CEO and a senior staff are under investigation by the Public Service Commission for alleged misconduct and breach of their duties.
