Auckland police locate missing Chinese senior

Police say they have found a Chinese senior who was reported missing from South Auckland.

Yamei Chen, 78, was reported last seen at her home on Moncrieff Ave in Clendon at around 10am on Sunday.

Police said earlier that Chen didn't speak English and were concerned about her safety.

Police have thanked the public for their assistance in sharing information of Chen's disappearance.
