Manus detainee feared death during Good Friday attack

An asylum seeker detained by Australia on Papua New Guinea's Manus Island says he thought he was going to die during the Good Friday attack on the detention centre by officers of the PNG navy.

The police in PNG say shots were fired at the centre by up to 15 naval personnel who were drunk.
