Centuries from Sophie Devine and Amelia Kerr have propelled the White Ferns to an 116-run win over Sri Lanka in the second women's one-day international in Galle.

New Zealand levelled the three-match series 1-1 on the back of a 229-run stand between captain Devine (137 from 121 balls) and Kerr (108 from 106) which carried the tourists to an imposing 329 for seven.

The home side were never a realistic hope of reaching that target after collapsing to 35-4 and scrambled to 213 all out in response, thanks mostly to 84 from Kavisha Dilhari.

Pace bowler Lea Tahuhu was the pick of the White Ferns attack, taking 4-31, removing three of the top four batters.

The series decider is in Galle on Monday before the teams contest a three-match T20 series.
