Police have arrested four young men in relation to a series of violent robberies in Manawatū.
Three dairies in Levin and Palmerston North and two service stations in Palmerston North were robbed between 30 December and 18 January.
An 18 year old, a 16 year old and two 15 year olds are facing a number of charges between them, including aggravated robbery, unlawfully taking a motor vehicle, unlawfully getting into a motor vehicle, shoplifting, and driving charges, police said.
Detective Senior Sergeant Craig Sheridan said the group also face a number of other charges not directly related to the robberies.
